In the unfortunate event that your product is damaged during shipping, we ask you to report the damage to the shipping company within 3 days of receipt. The best practice is to open the package right away and provide a detailed report. Please contact us by sending email to claims@impressionsindecor.com  within 3 days of receipt, no claims will be entertained after the deadline of 3 days. Uninsured shipments are not eligible for a replacement/refund if damaged during shipping. Standard insurance is provided via Fedex Shipments up to $100.00 For shipments of greater value please contact us prior to ordering. Shipping charges are non-refundable in any instance. Buyers will be responsible for all shipping charges if a replacement or refund becomes necessary.

Impressions in Decor (Impressions) warrants its products to be free of all manufacturing defects under normal use for the life of the product. Impressions will repair or replace without charge, any product that is proven to be defective, with an equivalent replacement. Replacement costs excludes transportation and any labor costs for removal or reinstallation. Impressions reserves the right to inspect any product that has been reported to be defective prior to the replacement.  This is to be done at our premises.  The client must pay shipping charges to return the product to Impressions.  The item must be properly packed and insured to cover any further damages that may occur during shipping.  The following conditions are not covered by this warranty: • Chipping • Cuts and Nicks • Freight/Shipping damage • Holes drilled incorrectly • Installation damage • Scratches due to use • Scuff marks Burns and Heat Marks - The product in question must have been solely used by the client and not damaged due to improper care, negligence, misuse, abuse, improper installation or modifications. This warranty will not cover any damages which might be caused by this product. This warranty is granted solely to the original buyer and is not transferable. Please keep your original receipt as proof of purchase. No employee or agent is authorized to give any warranties on behalf of Impressions. This warranty supersedes all other warranties, expressed or implied.

Impressions in Decor also provides a satisfaction guarantee for the first 30 days from the date of the original order.  If for any reason the customer is not completely satisfied they may return the item in its original packaging and in as-new condition.  A restocking charge of 10% will apply if the item is not returned in its original packaging or is not returned complete with all materials including screws and instructions.  All refunds will be issued for product only and will not include initial S&H charges.  For items shipped free of charge to the customer a 15% restocking charge will apply.

All returned items must be in as-new condition for a full refund, less shipping charges.  All damaged items will be repaired as per the warranties stated above.  If damage is caused by things other than what is covered in our warranty above then repair charges will be deducted from the final refund provided.  Since damage may occur during return shipping it is always recommended that the client insure the contents with the carrier of choice.  This satisfaction guarantee supersedes all other guarantees, expressed or implied and is not applicable to any custom orders.
